Yes you can do that. It will not take very long to upgrade.

there are a lot of pages not working on your site, I would suggest trying to get that fixed before selling servers. The terms page did not load for me, the page after making the order also did not load for me. I would suggest that if you are sending people to a webpage that you would want it working 100% if you expect them to order webhosting from you.

I got my invoice and paid it! Would be a lot easier if they just setup a monthly paypal subscription.

It seems like DDOS attacks shouldn't cause delay in delivering servers.

Try to PM them perhaps? They do not have their mail server setup yet (something about moving it) but definately a PM should get you some help, My server is setup now, although its an AMD and not a celeron as advertised.

I have sent in several emails which keep getting bounced back, adn using their onsite support has proved unfruitful, I jyst want my money back, I dont know whats going on in their datacenter, but after I moved my sites over they were offline internittently, as in they loaded sometimes on the server (and I know they were on the new server cos I edited indes file so I could tell what server it was on) and then they just disappeared and could not find server, Ive shifted the dns back and no longer want this server as it just does not work, and alkso was not as described.

Im still not getting any answers to emails, Ive sent them to every email addy I have, and one didnt bounce back. I have also been in contact with paypal regarding this. I would prefer they refund without having to involve paypal too greatly.

I'm with Equonix,. I signed up a while ago and my server was up after about 12 hours after I signed up..been running great since then.

Users who didn't get there server, you will be refunded shortly. We were unable to view our DB table with the orders listed.

The issue was our Internal Rack was dosed extremely heavily, so were not able to view any of the orders and send them to the NOC, after restoring everything to our new IP Range; we managed to view outstanding orders. We are possibly looking at implementing Top Layer Networks to our infrastructure for all our customers to increase the quality of our company.
