Hello,

Due to personal reasons, I have to sell my profitable hosting company. The company started in the month of December 2001 and consists mostly of resellers. It is not time consuming at all; about 2 hours of work everyday for both support and sales.

The company has a professionally designed web site design, a custom-made order script, a complete support site, a 2CheckOut account and a few domains (for the company’s site, the anonymous domain and the support site). I am also including a second company that is specializing in affordable web hosting. The second company also has a professionally designed web site and content.

There is one server running CPanel for the two companies. The server is not loaded at all; the CPU usage is well under 0.50 all the time. The server is extremely stable; it was only down for a few minutes since 4 months for 2 or 3 reboots, it never crashed. It could handle about 5 to 10 new resellers (about $1,000 of monthly revenue). The server is a PIII 1GHz with 1 GB of RAM and 2 hard-drives located at the DV2 datacenter that cost $258 per month including free IP and 300 GB of monthly transfer.

There are 22 resellers and 14 virtual hosting clients for monthly revenue of $717.91 per month plus $1,558.16 for the annual clients. We can say an average of $129.85 per month for those customers, so that would make about $847.76 per month if we merge the monthly revenue and the annual revenue.

There are about 6 to 10 new resellers added each month. Usually, at least one of these is an annual paying client.

Most clients are experienced resellers and don’t need a lot of support. There are even days where there is no support ticket. I would say an average of 2 hours of work per day (some days are a few minutes while other days might be 3 hours or so). All the clients are happy and loyal.

As I said, the company is without any problems and profitable, the reason I am selling is because I am moving near the family (about 550 miles away so I will not have internet access for a few days and you know what no support would means in the hosting industry). I have plenty of time to sell it, about one month.

I shall take the best offer.

For more information, make an offer or anything else, please send an email to profitable_host@hotmail.com .

Thank you for reading!

Not to diss on you, but if your clients are happy and satisfied, and you will only be without internet access for a few days, and the company is profitable.......

Why not just tell your clients up front you are moving, and expect to be cut off for a few days. Give them fair enough warning and if you normally have very little support to do over the course of a few days, I am sure they would understand, especially if they are satisfied and content.

I for one, frankly cannot understand why you would sell the entire company....unless there were other reasons.

I'd be willing to take responsability for the site for a month while you move? Are you intersted in something like this?

You add that up and 5-10 resellers isnt going to make you about $1,000 a month
