They are and just ran a couple of big specials....they may be busy setup new clients and getting current clients settled in....phone sales I think is only to 5:00pm est...but I could be wrong.

They have a live sale and support link on their web site that runs from 9:00am est to 5 or 9:00pm est. Also as ToastyX stated email them. I would if they allowed it .....that would be something you would have to ask them directly anyhow.

Tried phone support and left a message, still didnt hear back and nobody for online support.

know webresellers policy on adult content, why?

I had a server with them and can't answer that question since I don't host it.

As everyone said email them and ask.

"Monte" I never assume anything any more that is and no one here should or those looking for info should either.....I always answer what I can....and direct folks to the provider for exact answers.

I rather myself be safe then sorry.......and have the correct answer...but thats just me. :)

Hi foe,

I am not sure what time zone you're in - but I'm on EST so your orginal message posted here is showing around 6.30 pm in the evening. Then one around 8PM and another at 11PM. That's less than 4 hours between your original post and your last post so far.

You're saying things like I left a message and no one got back to me .... well give them a chance! You're asking a presale question - it is acceptable for them to reply within 24 hours.

You also don't mention wether you have actually emailed them - this would be the most efficient way of contacting them if you can't get through on the phone and their online support is busy. There are people there, I spoke with them by phone myself yesterday.

As ToastyX mentioned - this is not a place to ask all your Webreseller sales questions - while people here are happy to help, we don't know all the answers. In this case no one here knows if the do, so we can't give you the yes or no you are looking for.

Thanx "nmihosting" for clearing that up....I had a bad day yesterday.

"foe" Go to their site and look for their acceptance policy in the meantime......do email them....and give it some time....for them to answer back.

and of course this as "ToastyX" said this is not a sales forum for WebReseller or any provider.
