I search good upload file scripts like www.rapidshare.de , www.megaupload.com , www.uploading.com etc....

Sure good ones are costing money, I am able to pay but it should realy be reliable and like on that sites with "Download will start in 30 seconds".... just like those sites.

If you are looking for a clone of scripts used by sites such as megaupload post a project on a website such as getafreelancer where people will quote to provide you with the required script.
