Hey WHT,

I have been twirling an idea around in my head which I think is going to be a big money maker.

Basically I want a coder to put my ideas into a fully functional script that could be used like a turnkey of sorts. There would be no upfront pay but he would be entitled to 60% of the profits made from this project (which I feel could be $x,xxx or more).

The other 40% would go to me and maintaining the software. I would keep ownership over the idea of this project.

Maybe someone could buy this idea off me for a reasonable sum, but I am not sure how to convince someone how good the idea is without spilling the beans!

If any PHP coders are interested I am looking for:

- Respected Member
- A $40 down payment to me to ensure you don't run off with my idea
- You must know alot about PayPal Integration and statistics management in PHP
- Preferably knowledge of IonCube encoders and software licensing.

Please speak to me via MSN @ j-o.n-o[at]hotmail.co.uk if you are interested.

wow, interesting, usually customer pays developer upfront fee...
Do you value your idea in $40?

No I value it at $1,xxx - but if some punk does go off and steal my idea I won't be completely at loss with $40 in my pocket.

You could say that the $40 is a security fee, or a fee in which I will share my idea with you.

Or you could have them sign on a Non-Discoluse Agreement maybe? Or something like it?

Correct me if I'm wrong...you want someone to work for you and you ask him to pay you first?
