I want a php application done, I'm not sure if this job would require lots of time, or wouldn't be too difficult.. but anyways, here's basically what I want the program to do:

Basically like a search engine type program, which could search through a huge text file, and once a keyword is entered, it can search the records in the text file, and display them on the results page. Besides searching for keywords, I was want it to do other Yes/No or simple conditional (that has to be the right word..) searching, like with a combobox.

Since I'm very inexperienced with PHP, I'm not sure which would be the best way to do this, like have it somehow search right from the text file, or probably load it up into a database somehow and let the script do what it's got to do from there to filter records from the search page and display them..

Another thing, I would need to update, or reload a new text file often, maybe once a day.. If you think you can put something together like this, maybe we can talk, and I can explain to you what exactly needs to be done, and also price.
