I don't see a reason not to, just put them on different ports. cooled 03-26-2006, 12:12 AM would that mess anything up though since cpanel does build everything from scratch? like would webmin install its own apache? nickn 03-26-2006, 05:49 PM What features of webmin does cPanel lack that you would wish to have these coexist? cPanel does not recommend running both of these side by side. cooled 03-26-2006, 06:40 PM well i am using webmin for game hosting and cpanel for everything else nickn 03-26-2006, 06:42 PM Have you checked out CPGS (http://cpgs.cpanel.net/)? Might allow you to not need webmin. It's our free gameserver module. :) cooled 03-26-2006, 06:45 PM i never even saw that you guys even made this, does it integrate well into cpanel and is there any demos that i can see. im curious to see how this looks and works. Mark S 03-26-2006, 06:52 PM would that mess anything up though since cpanel does build everything from scratch? like would webmin install its own apache? Webmin does not install apache for you; it only interprets and analyzes your current installations/settings and allows for editing/modifying therein. nickn 03-26-2006, 07:07 PM i never even saw that you guys even made this, does it integrate well into cpanel and is there any demos that i can see. im curious to see how this looks and works. It completely integrates into WHM/cPanel and requires only a standard cPanel license. Other than the screenshots, you would need to install CPGS in order to see it in action, no current demo is available. cooled 03-26-2006, 07:09 PM looks good im going to install this and see how my customsers like it. its definitly easier to use and setup. |
