I've rebranded my business to fit a customer's convience ...

Yes... It did because I realized I couldn't use my family name... Oh and I'm not talking about getting my butt stamped with a hot metal :) haha.

Thanks. I was aware of this at first. My user name origionally was Teengab.com and then I created an account, schnarrsolutions. Someone emailed me regarding a double account so I picked SchnarrSolutions. I had to rebrand my business because people were complaining about the difficulty in spelling Schnarr and pronouncing it. :) If I must wait I will wait :)

I would suggest resubmitting the ticket..
