I'm currently hosted at HostRocket and while I usually don't have problems with them, it seems that they are just not equipped to handle my site any longer as their current average uptime for the last 90 days is 8 days (and there's other problems too).

So, I am looking for a new host. However, I need a host that will give me at LEAST 40gb of traffic per month and can handle a site that gets 200k+ hits per day.

I've been looking around at virtual hosting and just can't seem to find anything that will work out. So... what I'm wondering is if there's a host out there that will do virtual that is good and can meet those requirements? Or should I break down and get a RS dedicated box?

You may want to post this in the Hosting Request Forum. As far as getting that much space and bandwidth alot of hosts will offer say Plan-5 which comes with 20 gigs of transfer but if you email there sales contacts alot of times they will work up a custom plan for you at a reasonable rate.. Some hosts also offer and online custom plan calculator which will give you a quote right on the spot.. Best of luck..

Our site has grown larger and needs such as you. I went with www.remarkablehosting.com with there virtual servers. I would suggest them.
