Our servers recently underwent some server upgrades. We have a client that is using the Ikonboard messageboard suite, in the Russian language. He claims the site is not displaying in Russian, and that there is a setting in the new Apache or perl that needs to be changed. Are there any changes to the Apache or perl configuration that needs to be changed to display Russian text? I thought different languages were based on the client's browser and character set. When I go to the site, I see something that is not English. Any help would be appreciated.
