I use 1shoppingcart.com to manage a membership site with monthly billings.

Since I have quite a few members I get declines daily (from the list of billings for each particular day).

My question is, if I want to easily find the *cancelled* rebills (rebills that are cancelled or set to "inactive" due to consecutive failed billing attempts), how do I do so?

The date range options within 1sc don't seem to help since they go only by date of order or date of next scheduled billing.

I've contacted 1sc and they say there is no easy way to do it?! If you're a membership site or subscription site owner using 1sc and want to check deleted members on a daily basis, what do you do in that case?

Thanks!

Since cancellations are usually done by the end user or cc processor so the script would have to capture this data somehow so you know who is cancelling and what reason they gave.

One halfway solution is when the user cancels direct them to a page with a simple form on it and ask them the reason why. It's not perfect but you might get some valuable feedback from it.

I use 1shoppingcart for a couple of my clients, and I can tell you from experience, there is no easy way to track them.

I would use a system like billing orchard to go with ur authorizenet, or Change to EPN. When ur memberships come in, you can have someone go into EPN and have them set to recur on whatever scale you want. If you do them all to recur on the same day then your report is a lot simpler as you will have a declined and approved separate report.
