Dear WHTers,

I am seeking a company which can make a professional terms of service document at good prices. (must be english).

If you have any experience with any company which does this work, please post aswell with your referrals.

Kind regards,

Zoran Pillay

Remember, services from companies like Host Legal provide you with a solid starting ground - have your lawyer check over it before putting it in use.

Make sure you draft your terms according to the laws of the country in which your business is.

Thanks for the information but what about the companies who have business partners in 2 more different countries? If the country where the business is registered taken into consideration, there might be a possibility that it may be registered in the other countries as well. Will we have to draft it accordingly?

That makes it tricky, you will need to consult a solicitor to find the answer for that one!
