We are looking for someone who is willing to handle the design services alone for example make the design for clients, contact them, bill then with your own credit card proccessor. Basicly what we would do is add a webpage to our site so you can show what you have to offer and what can be done at certain prices. The possible reason you aren't recieving a reply, is because you are really asking people to design you a site for free.

All you are offering is a referral of clients for design. If you have a respected web site, people automaticly refer clients to you.

Yes, it's great to get clients for design, but for a web design thats a bit weird. A design costs about $600Au/$300Us....can you afford that, or GUARENTEE that you can refer design clients within a certain time frame and allow the designer to gain from this.

If you can prove this, email me at jon@digidesignz.net and I might be interested, though until you can prove this, you most probley won't get a reply.
