Hi,

We are currently looking for 1 Web Designer for ongoing work.

If you do NOT meet the following requirements, please do not bother to apply:

Available 30 to 60 Hours per week.
In the US or Canada
Speak Fluent English
Available for Phone Calls - Ability to call Long Distance
Age 18 or older
Experience with Photoshop + Dreamweaver
Ability to customize templates (such as monstertemplates.com)
Willingness to work on our payment schedule (seen below)

FLASH IS NOT A REQUIREMENT

We are not looking for an individual to hire. We are looking for a company who we can sub-contract work to. That means we will not be responsible for W2's and you will handle your own taxes. Payments will only be made to a Paypal Business Account or a check written to your company.

This position pays $15/hour and is consistent work. You choose your own hours but need to be available a minimum of 30 hours per week. There is enough work available that you could work up to 60 hours per week if you would like. There is no overtime pay however.

As said above, this work is consistent and there is truly no end in sight. A good candidate could be working with us many years to come.

PAYMENTS:
Payments will be made after work is performed. You will be required to keep a detailed time log that shows what time was spent on which client. Every 20 hours you can submit an invoice, and invoices are generally paid in less than a week.

AGREEMENTS:
You will be required to sign a few agreements such as a Non-Disclosure Agreement and a Non-Compete. The non-compete still allows you to take on other design projects, but prevents you from doing any work for our clients without our permission.

You can send me a PM. Be sure to include anything that would help me make a decision. Links to previous work or your portfolio is helpful.

Contact information like MSN Messenger, Phone Number, Email Address ect.. would be nice as well.

Hi, is this a job for individuals only? or is it open to contractors?
Most website designs take us under 6 hours to complete, but you can bill the client whatever you want, as long as we get fair compensation. We are a US based company.

I'm available at least 35 hours a week, most likely more.
Located in southern California.
I'm 18 years old.
4+ years of experience with both dreamweaver and photoshop.

Very interested in filling your position.. although one question is use of dreamweaver required? I prefer using notepad although I am adaptable.
