well,

For me I had a bad luck with them, I had purchased 1GB re-seller account with them $9.99 the cost per month, however I paid them for a year and after 2 months I want to cancel that, but I always get the same answer as below, however I wanted them to cut the 2 x$9.99 and refund the rest but see the response below.

Our money bank guarantee only covers the first 30 days. It is mentioned in our TOS. But you can go forword and file a dispute with paypal if you want to and you may get your money back. Our PayPal account is closed and we are not using that anymore. So we cannot refund you even if we wanted to.

Good Luck

I have actually heard alot about this company especially lately. With that being said, I know that they should be reviews on there here at WHT. Have you tried using the search tool at http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php Also check out some review sites such as WHReviews or HostReview.com Surely you can pull up some helpful info by digging a bit.

And this is why you never pay a year in advance for a new host.

Yeah I would have to agree with the above. Paying for anything on a yearly basis, in most cases is just asking for trouble down the road in all respects however, it is up to you at the end of the day if you really want to pay for your hosting plan annually. What I really don't understand is why some providers offer discounts for yearly payments. Reason being is your losing money regardless, simply because you loose that monthly payment, plus giving me discounts just suprises me.

I don't understand the big surprise, or the big question? You had 30 days to cancel for a money-back, you used the service for 60 days, and you expect the company to go back on their word just because you went back on yours? You're more in the wrong for giving them a bad rap than they are for not refunding your cash like they clearly stated in the TOS.

...at least the guy was nice enough to point you in the direction of trying to get paypal to refund you.

The HostingFest guys are great. Very responsive customer service. They have went above and beyond to make me happy with their service.

I have had a Windows plan with them since they opened. I just added another Windows reseller package last month. i would give out some urls, but the sites on there are clients and i would prefer they remain anonymous.

A few of us (HostingFest clients) were having trouble getting some apps like WordPress running good on Windows and HostingFest did everything they could to tweak the system. When that still wasnt good enough, they started offering Linux hosting to current customers. My blog network is at mynetweblogs.com, six blogs in total, with more coming.

The uptime has been good, and when they see problems, they proactively go after them so they don't occur again.

With a 30 day guarantee, there is nothing to lose.
