I'm currently looking for a position as a live chat operator or answering support e-mails. Im addicted to the hosting industry and would love to help out another host. I have vast experience with WHM/Cpanel and am willing to learn another control panel if required. I am helpful and reliable, trustworthy and honest.

Looking for part time shift, graveyard or early morning. All times are in -8 GMT.

Not much, anything reasonable will do.

Well what do you think is reasonable? We are for the first time looking to hire someone to help with support tickets. Not sure what the industry average is as we do not get many tickets.

I would be willing to work for less than $1.50 per ticket/email. That's probably where most hosts are hiring.
