I am a python/mysql developer who wants to start developing some client/server applications on the web.

I am looking for an inexpensive webhost that fully supports server side python (2+), PHP, and also modpython.

Also, I need multiple mySQL databases, and they must be remotely accessible (my current web services seem to prohibit the remote connect, e.g., I can't connect to them with Mascon to do remote administration and data management). I plan on developing a distributed database application for a project and I need to be able to access both a web MySQL database and a local one simultaneously.

If I replace either of my current two web services, I would like the price <$15 per month, for at least 200 MB and 3 GB transfers. And of course, reasonably responsive support.

Any ideas on good virtual hosting services that can provide this?
