I have a mission critical RaQ3i that is freezing up. In other words, all the virtual sites are inaccessible and the control buttons do not work. After turning off and on the RaQ3i, it comes up.

I think that it may be a log problem in one of the sites, but how do I check it? Also, what do I need to look for?

I had the same issue with 2 RaQ3i's. It kept freezing up. I did an OS Restore 2x and after a few days it froze up again.

I refused to purchase another RaQ for my client so I changed the Hard Drive with a new one, and did a fresh OS Restore with the RaQ 4 Software, and it runs like an s500 ;).

I know raq 3's are known for having Hard Drive issues, after a period of time.

I think that you are right. I have been monitoring the temps and the temps seem to be in range, 29 Celsius - 35 Celsius.

I just now used the raqbackup.sh and cmu to restore to a different server and it is great! It really works well.
