I bought a Reseller yeasterday, and I need it buy about 3 o clock today 4 hours 30 mins time.

So I was going to ask if he could check my order, etc.

Ok, well I doubt he would reply to something like that. WHT is not a method of support for Resellerzoom or any legitimate business, for that matter. Why not give them a call, visit livechat or open a support ticket with them?

He's not the person that would be setting up your order. However, I do hope that one of ResellerZoom's customer service representatives can get you up and running in time - good luck!

Brendan, how do you know that he would not do so? Even owners have been known to work on these things from time to time...;)
