Okay, I am wondering how I can do this and what software and programs you can suggest, paid is fine.
I want to be able to have my customer enter all of their information on my site and credit card information etc, but not be billed yet. They just entered it and it was sent to me. Once I have the billing Information I want to be able to enter it in somewhere like a client and invoice and billing manager program and then they are billed for it when I enter it. Can I do it in modern bill so when the customer is ordering their package from site when they enter their info they are not actually billed? They are billed when I enter their info? Sorry if this was confusing..
What client/ billing/ invoice programs can you recommend for this and merchants etc. (Canada btw)..
Thank you

You could change the settings to pre-auth, or you could have a programmer make you a secure order form. I would suggest an order form that can pre-auth the user for like 50 cents or so, that way you can check to see if their order comes back approved or not. You can also just wait, and rely on Modern Bills fraud guardian to generate the score, and then if its higher than 2 points, just to be sure, try to verify the order with the customer.

Ok but once I take their secure order where do I enter their info to bill them?

Are you needing 2 different packages, or do you already have 1 and need the other? From what I got from your initial post, was that you had 1 package (the second one, where you enter the order and it is processed entirely) already in mind/purchased.

If you are looking for 2 different systems here, whereby the first can pre-authorize the order and the 2nd will actually process it - let me tell you, you don't need 2.

If you were to use ModernBill

a) you could simply set the system to not process orders of new clients until you verify them manually and hit the process button

b) you could change your processor over to pre-authorize and when ModernBill processes the order, you will know if their card has enough to cover the invoice. Then, login to your processor and change the transaction from pre-authorize to sale and you're done.

Simple stuff :)

I cannot do that due to some complicated reasons. I would need somthing to have it authorized when they fill it out. And them lets say emailed to me and then I submit it into a billing program where they are billed. I have no program for either step in mind.
