I use google ads on some sites but I have a few very active community forums which have some adult content hence cannot use Google ads for it :(
Anyone know of any high paying click-based ads for sites with adult content? I need to get in additional funds to support those sites as they're growing quite alot lately.
any suggestions?

I would try Yahoo, dount they allow adult though. You may have to go the private ads route.

I have heard many positive things about Kanoodle when it comes to advertising. I personally still like Google's program the best.

try adbrite to to directly sell ads to advertisers, in this way u donot have to share ur earnings with third parties like google , clicksor etc
