I'm a customer of tera-byte's, and we have been experiencing serious connectivity issues the last two weeks, especially today we had over 40 minutes downtime in peak hours (Spain, Europe).

Tera-byte does not give any explanation of these downtimes, and it does not seem to be an update programmed in advance. Even their own site goes down.

Has anyone experienced something similar with tera-byte? Does anyone know what is happening with them? They use to have good connectivity.

yeah , wait for their operation. I think they are working to get everything back online.

I was told it was something todo with the Power Supply.

Do you know if they are doing anything about it?

They've had many downtime issues lastly.

im currently on www.4webspace.com (tera-byte RAQ reseller company)
theres been no downtime for me apart from the last 2 nights.
before, when my server was going offline due to overloads (too many hits) it would not come back online (required a reboot).

Now last night ive been told it went offline for a while then came back.
this must be a problem at tera-bytes's end + we hope its sorted soon.
they are a great host :)
