When they are online, the server is fine...

When they are down, you can't get to their site, you can't get updates because no techs are online....

:-(

Itīs been down since last night.

I told one of my major customers to move to dreamz servers, we did it over the weekend.. and we are suppose to have their site ready today.

I just moved to dreamz, The thing that worries me itīs that we do not recieve at least a mail explaining whatīs wrong, this is very unprofesional.

I hope they get this fixed fast, or at least tell us something, I host My unix sites with Mchost, and we are never in the dark as for downtime.

It seems that someone from the server spammed and took down the server.

I have considered using thier reseller plans to expand into the windows market. (As we currently co-locate linux boxes). However, at the time (a few weeks ago) they told me they did not have perl or php installed, which would be in my opinion a pretty hard plan to sell without those two!

ActivePerl and PHP are both free and should not be a problem to install ... what was their response when you asked them to install it?

Well, I told them that I was interested, and asked them to tell me when they installed perl & php as I would sign up as soon as they did so. Unfortunatly, however, I have yet to hear any responses.

Hi,

I've signed up 2 days ago with this company and could not use their service up to now.

First the server's been down for upgrading (as they told me). Now I can't login to HC.

The worst thing is that they toldl me it should be working now, but nothing.

Anyone else having trouble with this company? I'm tinking about moving to 38h.com

Regards,

AB

Hi,

Well just to say that everything is OK now.
K.Nizam solved my problem, and has been very kind.

I'll keep trying Deramzsolutions, as the server seems to be fast and the price is really interesting.

Regards,

AB

Well, let's say that transfering at 4 KB/s (average) is not fast enough :(
I'm used to transfer at 25 KB/s in my dedicated linux boxes.
Still testing this service. Hope to be just a temporarly network issue.

I am looking once again and for the last time, for a Win/ASP reseller package.

I am also running away from a W2000 reseller, but not as bad as you mention though.

My cristal ball sais it will be a Unix World in hosting 85% Unix-Linux to 15% MS, at the most.
