If you are looking at a company that will offer you 24/7 support and sales for online web chat sessions and email, how exactly do I go about testing their service? They don't offer a money back guarantee so this can be a win or lose situation. I was considering them since my friend got this.
He hosts 12 customers with very low support tickets.

Is that $75 worth that?
