Hello Everyone, I'm back with another newbie question.

If you are looking at a company that will offer you 24/7 support and sales for online web chat sessions and email, how exactly do I go about testing their service? They don't offer a money back guarantee so this can be a win or lose situation. I was considering them since my friend got this.

He hosts 12 customers with very low support tickets.
They offered him this
20 Support Tickets Per Month
24/7 Sales and Support - Onsite Support and Email
Only $75 per month

Is that $75 worth that?

Its only worth it if your clients pay enough money to cover that $75/month. I don't think 24/7 sales is really needed. Most people will understand if you post the hours that sales questions are answered. Plus I don't think sales answers should come from a 3rd party since it is your business so you should be selling yourself the best you can and not count on someone else.
