HOW TO ORDER
Send an e-mail to order@webauthorities.com with your billing information. We will call you to make payment arrangements.

Item will be shipped to the bill to address ONLY, unless payment is made by wire transfer or paypal.


Warranty, Return and Other Information
In order to return an item, whether for a refund or warranty, you must get an RMA number from us. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

CPU's and Memory carry a 30 day warranty from us from the time of shipment
CPU's have a 3 Year Manufacture warranty.
All other equipment is warrantied for 1 year. Then the standard manufacture warranty kicks in.

Damaged merchandise carries NO warranty from us of any kind. When we ship it we guarantee it to arrive undamaged. If damaged, return in unopened box. If the box is opened (other than the damage) we will not accept the return. As an example, if the CPU box (what the cpu is actually stored in) is opened then we will not replace it.

Returns can be made within 15 days for a full refund, but must include original boxes and materials. After that there is a 15% restock fee. Absolutely no returns after 30 days.
