Hello, I consider move my portal website to another server cos currently hosting provider only provide me 100GB bandwidth per monthly.

which one more better(Uptime and support)?

You need to realize that for that budget and those specs, you're not going to be able to find a host that doesn't oversell their servers. I view overselling as okay to a point, but many people consider it a bad hosting policy. (as long as the host's system admins are able to keep the servers balanced...at all times...)

I will tell you one thing though...hostrocket's "freedom bandwidth"- It's a load of bull.

Do some searches on here on for the companies you're interested in before you make any decisions.

I think you read his post wrong.
It's been quite a while since I saw dedicated boxes going for ten bucks a month...
