What support do you expect on an umanaged server?

What support do you expect on a managed server?

Does anyone offer an "inbetween"? Like more help than other's unmanaged but not the kind of hand-holding you expect on a managed?

For an unmanaged server, I expect the provider to do reboots and deal with hardware/network issues. Other than that, it's up to the user of the server.

I've never had a managed server, but I guess I would expect software and OS issues to be troubleshot.
