I need to open a specific port on a RaQ4i so cgi scripts will work by calling http://www.virtual-site63.com:port/cgi-bin/script.pl where "port" in the url is the port number.

The site has its own IP, if it is required. Anyone know what I need to do to make that happen? Can I do it in a reasonably secure manner? (I'm also running ipchains.)
