As IRC is allowed at your servers and each IRC server requires one ip address of its own, if I wanted to start selling VPS or IRC shells, I would need more IP addresses, but the price is too high, $5 for one ip is too much, other hosting companies usually charge $1 per IP. By the way, do your ip addresses come with DDoS protection?

You cannot compare one company's policies with other. 1paket can charge $100 per IP if they wanted to. You have no say in it.

Aslong as it comes with 2. I'm set, seems like a nice play box. The $35 deal, nice 50ms ping from me. Good for testing. :D

@camers: they give you 2 free IPs, atleast they did for my box.

i live in the USA but still get 200-300KB/s off their boxes, which is great and only a little slower than I get off most boxes hosted in USA (which is usually around 400Kb-3Mb/s)

My connection maxes out at 126Kb/sec anyway. :)

Whatever said and done, those specs arent really good for a production server anyway, and if its a test server, speed is not really that big of an issue as long as its decent.

I second that. usually hosts that give server for low prices do not include control panel and stuff, they actually charge extra for it which will raise the price of the server to like $100 or something close to it.

@eugeniopacheco: ya most companies do charge $1/IP but even if 1paket charges $5/IP you can just add that cost into what your customer pays if you have decent IRC shell prices in the first place.

there are different prices, some boxes are with ide, some with sata, also sometimes we have more possbile places on the mainboard and can make for example an upgrade to 2 GB with 4 x 512 MB not 2 x 1024 MB and many more. but yes, we can make onetime prices and also prices monthly, no problem ;) please contact us under info@1paket.com and write also which box you are interested, we can make special offer
