I'm a long time WHT'er myself, haven't logged in some time and have forgotten my password to my old account. I can work remotely for any company/individual that can provide payment in US dollars or on-site for any company/individual in the Bellingham, Washington area.

I am a student currently and the bills keep pilling up, so I wanted to take on a job to help pay for extra expenses. As I attend school from 8 until 3 (PM) I cannot work a full 40 hours, but Im willing to work after 3PM and on every weekend and school/other holiday. I have been with the hosting industry for quiet some time and have gathered a wide array of skills. Some include:

Customer support
- Live Chat
- Ticket
- Forum Based
- Phone
- IM (AIM, MSN, ICQ, IRC, Y!, etc)
Customer relations
- Maintaining a good relation with customers on behalf of the host/company
- Sending out thank you letters and gift baskets to well known clients on holidays
- Getting in touch with clients from time to time to see how things are going and how the company can improve their experience
Graphic Design
- GUI Design (PSP Fanware/OpenSource, vB/phpBB/IPB skinning, Mambo/postNuke/phpNuke skinning)
- Website Design
- Sales design (banner ads, flyers, promotional material, etc)
- Odd jobs
Video Editing
- Working with videos of all formats
- Conversion
- Editing (add music, cutting, putting together, etc)
Other

As you can see I can help in a wide variety of areas. I would rate myself as a Level 1 or 2 support agent in the hosting field.

I do not have any preference of pay-per-ticket/chat or a fixed salary/hourly, but a fixed salary would be preferred so I could be sure I only use/plan on using what I can afford for that month.
