My company Sprint Media is expanding its hosting company and thanks to heavy investment and spending we would like to offer a massive oppurtunity to existing hosting companies who wish to reduce there time and costs while maintaining revenue and for those who wish to run a hosting company but dont know where to go or have the time or investment nessecary to do so.
Our company is offer in partnerships and franchise offerings if accepted we will host your existing site for hosting site for free and work with you to build a pricing structure matching the needs to the market we will target.

This can't be true, or it's at the least misleading, since I owe money to the tax collector on income each year, both federal and state. Might wish to clarify a bit.

let me explain why we are doing this.

we received invesment recently we had a meeting and needed to decide what to do with the money we didnt want to waste it on advertising as the return usually doesnt meet the outgoing so we decided we would use the money to support the idea of offer franchise branches by building hosting websites for free targeted to the local area where the person lives we have set hosting plans that allow us to compete with any host. we only ask two things of the person joining us buy the relevant domain and advertise the service in the local area ill list below what you get

what can i earn?

you will earn 50% of the revenue for the first 25 customers
and 65% for all customers you source there after paid monthly
after 6 months of being with us we allow you to build on your area and either build on a new site targeting another area close to you or source people to man a new partnership of which you receive 10% from each customers monthly revenue.

Note: if you already run a hosting company we can transfer you clients stop all your hosting costs andreduce your support times

I think you misunderstand. When anyone earns money (at least in the US), that money is subject to tax, specifically income tax, both state and federal. If I were to enter into this deal, the way you have it worded is that I won't pay any taxes or that you would pay them for me.
That's false.
You can't possibly make it so money I earn from you is not taxable.

It's this part you need to explain better. What tax it is you would be paying, and that it's not "tax free".

ok our company is uk registered all earnings go through our accounts not yours so the business and all related branches tax is operated i nthe united kingdom we pay that here we then transfer your earnings into you account or if you wish to be self employed we can send you the money into your account with a pay slip emailed to you and you will arrange any taxes you need to pay. so it is possible to make it tax free as 50% includes the tax already deducted. however if you work on a self employed basis then you can arrange you own tax from the 50% revenue we send you.
lets put it this way its working at the moment and has been very successful the two partners who decided they would be self employed have also had no problem.

Oh my all money goes through your account, than what if you decide not to pay up than how and where to appeal for that?

we have legal agreements ready that are signed and completely legal so any problems you can take us to court. however there would be no problems it wouldnt be in our business interest to screw partners round

Are those electonically signed legal aggrements or paper based agreements or simple email based agreements? Well i guess i will ask other things on msn.

we send them over email, they are signed by the partner and returnedby post, at which point we signed and send back a copy

So when do you go online msn cause i am waiting for you to be online msn to discuss further.

It is literally impossible for you to pay my taxes due on my behalf, so your statement is misleading at best.

What you are offering is basically a sales position, although nicely worded, and with pretty good payout/commission rates. The sale person would still need to declare their income earned, in whatever country they live... and pay whatever tax they owe.
