But maybe you know a good solution which is still availaible?

We need a direct merchant account for online pharmacy. Our company is UK-based.
Processing history is available and we can make very considerable monthly volume.

Can anybody assist?

The only way that I know of that is possible is if you have or can obtain the legal opinion stating that you violate no laws. It is difficult to obtain, but supposedly it will satisfy MC requirements, for now anyway...
