There are mostly negative posts in this forum, and while I have contributed with my share I thought now when I'm happy again I'd better tell you about it:

Now our servers with MultipleImage are back up again, and while my business has been hurt during this crazy downtime, the last days of it they really did a great job. IP updates and getting PSoft to fixup H-Sphere was handled really good.

greets,
We were never with cogent. We used to use Epik. They seem to be worse then cogent.
Williams is actually more expensive than epik. We also are working on a center in arizona as well that will be tied into three differnt backbones.
As soon as Williams is finished setting everything up we will actually be using Williams and Sprint in Florida.

You should be able to get pretty good rates with Williams right now due to their financial situation. Their stock is sitting at about 3-4 cents right now.
I am surprised you find them to be better than EPIK. We have used EPIK and have been quite pleased with them. However, we got a much better quote on bandwidth from Williams than we did EPIK.
And you should be able to get a real good deal right now.
Might want to go back to your sales rep.

We have a good deal w/ williams. But our Epik deal was not that good. All and all Epik was slighly higher. As our original ds3 with them had horrible rates but that was awile ago and the renewel for that ds3 was coming up in a month and then Epik would had been less then Williams.
Epik was good for awile. It just didnt last.
For awile Epik was going with about $100 per meg. Actually a little less.
