I'll rephrase my previous question about hosting.
If I'm an e-commerce site and I signed up for one of those budget host plans as I'm a small company just starting out. My site is large and full of information.

Is it possible that the reason my site is not coming up with just putting is the name of the business or keywords, phrases or metatags, is because I could be sharing a server with 100's of other Web Sites? Doesn't this slow the site from coming up or coming up at all?

Whether you are sharing a server with 100 other sites and whether that will slow you down depends on two things: how powerful the server is, and how heavy the other sites. If the server is powerful, and that other 100 sites are just 5 pages sites, that won't be a problem. On the other hand, a site such as webhostingtalk.com will take a powerful dedicated server to its kneel.

Looking from your previous question, you are concern with search engine ranking. Unless you yourself find the load time of the site unacceptable, there is no reason to suspect that being on a burget host is slowing down your site.
