Well I've been with them for over two years now. In the beginning I couldn't say enough nice things about them. You got incredible bang for your buck. Downtime was never a big issue, but support was never their strong suit. No biggie because there really weren't any problems.
All of that change a couple of months ago. More and more down times and support was/is a joke. Having to wait days to get any kind of response and often with no answers as to why the problems occured in the first place. Oh and no support of any kind over the weekends.
I'm currently going through a real nightmare with two sites I have hosted through their resellers package. The problems have gone from bad to worse and now one of the sites is completely down. At some point they disabled XSL . Its a default PHP5 thing, built right into the core so they had to explicitly turn off XSL which caused me all kinds of troubles and they still deny any of this happend.
I guess the old saying that you get what you pay for has finally come around to bite me in the arse. A real shame.
