Another question. How many IP are necesary for a fine dedicated server that provide webhosting?

You only need 1 ip if you use there in-house dns.

You can have a maximum of 32 IPs per server. IPs purchased after the 8 free IPs, are $29 per order + $1/month per IP.

If you want to have more than one domain on your server how much will it cost with rackshack like lets say 200 domains.

You can have all the domains on 1 IP so it won't cost anything extra whether you just have 1 domain or 200.
