Hello Everyone,

I would like to express my interest in offering my services to a hosting company remotely. I would be best suited to either a Technical Support or Windows Administration role.

I believe I am a professional, reliable hard worker who enjoys working with customers. I have a bubbly, energetic personality.

I currently reside in Australia (Australian Eastern Standard Time), my availability is flexible, but guaranteed AEST Monday – Saturday 9am through to late. I am able to work outside normal Australian business hours, and understand the need to sometimes work extended periods of time to meet server cutover deadlines, etc.

Being born in Australia, I speak English as a first language.

I am happy to negotiate any pay rate, either ticket or hourly based.

My relevant experience includes
- Sales / Tech Support via Email / Live Support / Phone
- Operation of Control Panel systems from both an Admin and End User perspective including Cpanel/WHM and Plesk
- Windows Media Streaming services
- Windows Server administration (DNS, Active Directory, IIS, ASP and .Net Framework, Sharepoint, MS Exchange Server)
- Basic Linux administration tasks (Commercial experience with Debian)
- Monitoring of services using monitoring applications
- Experience in Mission Critical server environments

I hold Australian recognised IT certification, as well as industry specific Microsoft certification.
