Hello all,
Right now we punch in every credit card payment in to our credit card terminal. We do this for every account every month. This was not a problem when we were a small company.
Things have changed and now the billing has gotten out of control. We are looking for a problem that till take the place of our credit card terminal that we can send the billing each month.
We do not want it to be totally automated! We want to have the option to change the amount and to no bill if we need to give a credit or we feel nice that month :o).
We were on Alabanza at one time and found the Auto bill to be to rigid and unforgiving!
We need a program that we can look over all of the accounts to be billed and say "yep that is what we want to send to the card company" and hit the send key.
If it was able to send a email invoice that would be very good!
Any one know of a program like that?
