Hello,
I recently signed up for a VDS Basic Account with Diginode.net, and I've had a couple big problems with them. First off, my sites are down nearly all of the time! This started happening as soon as my seven day trial ended and I started paying for their services, and it is horrible! Today my sites have been down all day long! I was meeting with a client today and we weren't able to view his website because my host was down again! It's embarrassing, very unprofesional, and my clients think that it's my fault!
Another problem is that imagemagick does not work at all! Originally, they sent me two paths to imagemagick, neither of which worked, so I let them know about it. They then sent me more paths, none of which work again. I've emailed them numerous times and they are very slow to reply and their replies simply aren't helpful. It takes forever, and in the meantime I have a client who's complaining because it's taking forever for his site to be online!
I just can't take much more of this! If this keeps happening, I think I'll definitely be looking for a new host! It makes me furious when my sites are down every time I try to view them and when Imagemagick doesn't work, despite Diginode saying that it was installed! I just wanted to let you guys know what I think of Diginode before anyone else signs up with them. If they get better and can solve my problems then I'll reply and say so.
