Hi,
We are looking for someone who would be willing to customize flash templates, HTML templates and do other web design related work. This work is very consistent, and there is no end in sight.
Basic Requirements:
Decent in flash (Don't have to be a flash pro, just "good enough")
Decent Photoshop experience (again, you don't have to be a pro)
Good Ability with Dreamweaver
Must pay attention to detail (proper line spacing, not mixing fonts, lining everything up perfectly, no spelling mistakes, ect...)
Must be available a minimum of 30 Hours per week.
Must be able to handle criticism, sometimes it's ridiculous
You must be willing to sign a non-compete agreement which simply states you will not contact any of our clients without our authorization. You will still be free to have your own clients, and to gain new clients... just not ours. If your in California, your not eligible.
As I said above, this work is very consistent. Right now we are backed up for a few months, and their is new clients gained all the time.
Please understand that you will be hired as an independant contractor, not an employee. There is no guarantees that we will keep sending you work, however we are not looking to go through a lot of people. We would much rather find someone who works out great, and end our search.
Now to scare some of you off, the pay is $20/hour. You will be required to send in an invoice every 20 hours that is nicely documented. We currently use an excel spreadsheet for this, and everything has to be broken down by the end-client. Payments are made to you after payment is made to us by our client. Our client usually takes 1 week to make a payment to us after we submit an invoice to them.
