I was browsing for the Hosting company and found this, http://www.hosting4less.com
Is it reliable ?? any of You guys have any experience dealing with them ??
I would specifically like to know about the support issues and any downtime ??

From browsing their web site, they seem like a reputable company offering quite a good deal on hosting.
You have to remember that when you're looking for a web host, price is not the only thing. And while they are certanly not the cheapest provider I've seen, the features are very reasonable, and they even offer telephone support.
Anyone who says they are pricey should have looked through their site more carefully. :rolleyes:

I agree 100%. Can't believe someone who offers bandwidth at $1.20/GB on a virtual hosting account is called pricey. Everyone is spoiled with the current cheap prices. What really surprised me was I saw companies competing with offers for a customer that wanted to pay $2/month max. One even went below one dollar! How could you promise support when you have 1000 customers paying $1/month totaling $1000/month - all other fees?
