Is not correct. I want to order this one but won't until the HD is correct on the order form. The text says that it is a 250GB HD but when ordering it says 80GB. oops!

Deffinatly great offers now, looking at my stats though it seems my current box will manage to cope for another 12 months or so, so I'll give it a miss at this time. Hopefully next year there will be some great similar offers too.

LTadmin I really need your help on this,

Originally i was going to place an order for two of the dual opteron boxes @ 219 with some extra stuff prepayed for 1 year.

Then your sales team told me the discount was capped at 20%, and that I cannot get 20% + 5% for my reseller discount.

So I scaled back, and ordered 1 with the 9 month prepay for 15% plus my reseller 5% for a total of 20%.

Now your billing team tells me there is no 9 month prepay for 15% only 3, 6, and 12.

I needed this server asap, as is im going to have a 3 day downtime transfering from aplus.net, (who "lost" my server) to you guys. Not an issue, but every time I get one of these replys that I have to respond to, I think it delays my server........

Please let me know whats going on, I am getting very frustrated, I like LT but this kind of miscommunication is just depressing me.

I am sorry for the errors in our post. There is no 9 month 15% prepay discount. We will not be able to facilitate this discount on any of our packages.
