They are horrible. Run fast, run far!

I've used them for a few months now... I've gotten some good new clients from there. It goes in waves though, have to time your big ads there just right.

In my opinion, their clicks are pretty overestimated.
Top 10 positions require 1.20-1.80$ per click.... and we have had NO sales... the result of *hundreds* of clicks: 1 spammer and 2 fraud attempts :bawling:

Just our experience, i'm not saying that ispcheck is a bad choice...

We tried the top bids for a month or so with no luck, but again we are very targeted.

If you want to sell accounts to people using stolen credit cards its a great place to advertise..........

Same goes for the other hosting directories.
Just avoid them.

Although i sell the cheapest plans ever ... i spent $150 there wihout single order!

while $50 in google is very enoughf to drive 20-40 order !!!

in ISPcheck admin area .. you can see top bids in all categories, so when you do your listings you will click on some other links !!

so i think the other hosts who made the clicks not the target customers..

Heck at $1 to $2 per click, if there was a company that you didn't like advertising there, you could cost them some big dollars.

ISPcheck has a great system in place that tracks IPs and other things so that you can't just keep racking up someone clicking. I think it only accepts one click every like 12 or 24 hours, and if you have an account with them, i'm sure they block them too. You can find more detail on ISPcheck.com.

Results have been pretty darn good for us so far.

I guess you haven't searched for "web hosting" or "dedicated servers" on overture.com lately, eh? $1 or $2 would be a bargain.

Ultimately, the price on ppc engines is set by hosting companies. Obviously certain firms are going to have higher margins on their hosting packages (due to operational efficiencies like software platforms, existing customer bases, etc) and can therein afford to pay more per customer acquisition.

The other thing to remember is volume. If you are marketing at a large engine, you'll i) have high bid values ii) large traffic volumes. This can mean fast consumption of marketing dollars. Trying a smaller engine or a low-ranked position can span out one's presence.

My ads at Google aren't working too well, I set it up for a modest $50/month, tahts $4 a day, but haven't really done well.

What ad words do y'all use and how much do you spend a day?
