my cpanel language it english

i want to change it to chinese

what should i do can anybody show me the steps

What is the theme (e.g. RVskin, XP) of your cpanel? Not all themes of cpanel support multi-languages.

in WHM (if available)

Languages > Upload a Language File > Upload the file

Then

Account Functions > Modify an Account and select your Language

if you are not as root in server simply send your lang file to your provider

where can download the chinese language file??

i couldn't find it on cPanel.net may be you can ask in cPanel forums. Or if you have the owner of server you can use rvskin [but you must order it]
