I know that cyberpixels.com is relatively new and all but I was wondering if anyone had any experience with them. I am considering them for my next website and don't want to get burned. I have one site with sterlet.net right now and my biggest compaint with them is the trouble ticket system and response time.
I would need MySQL, PHP, DBD::MySQL PERL module (maybe).
I like that they offer to allow you to split your account into multiple domains instead of subdomaining.
and they seem relatively inexpensive for what you get.

I am also looking into cyberpixels, and I can't find ONE thing bad about them on this board or anywhere else. If you visit thir community they have lots of positive comments. They are geared twoards small business and the teen community. I will probaly switch from HostRocket to CyberPixels just because I can save lots of money, have more dedicated support and the same good options. Email me at whoevathought@msn.com if you go with CyberPixels, I would like to have some input on just how good they are before I make the big switch!
I bit the bullet and signed up on there 5.95 plan. I already opened one ticket regarding smtp (probably something I'm doing wrong) and they replied in less than an hour to a priority 3 ticket! haven't resolved the issue yet but at least they replied to me.

I have two domains with Cyberpixels and I couldn't be happier there! Well, maybe, if I could afford more space. My first domain is still hosted elsewhere, and comparing the two hosting plans Cyberpixels is the better. This coming from someone who's tried five different hosts.
I'm usually wary around new hosts (I was burned by a new host about a year ago), but if you don't try them, you'll never know. And this one has the goods and can deliver satisfactorily. No complaints here!
