Okay...

I installed PGP on my XP box, and the computer stopped working, so I uninstalled it... Now whenever I restart the computer, I can log in, but once I am logged in, the taskbar freezes...

I solved this problem by disableing the webclient service, but now I cannot access the internet... Does anyone know how to replace this service? I do not have any system restore files...

According to this article - http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q286562 - your only solution would be to run the system restore.. but seeing how you say you do not have this option why not just restore the OS with a recovery disk or something?
