I'm after the following whether is via a dedicated server or a reseller, don't care on location.

unix based server
disk space - 1g+ (only using 700mb atm)
data transfer - 30g+
usual stuff like FP, php, sql, pop etc....

need a control panel for the master account and one for each additional account created, the "client" account needs features like email managment, logs etc...

i'm looking to pay around $70-80 (£50) per month
