Is there any way of getting a .co.uk detagged name back onto a IPSTAG without repaying non-members Nominet fee of 80+Vat?

I'm not a tag holder myself, but my last ISP detagged it instead of transferring it and they said its not possible to retag it unless I go thru nominet

Send a fax to nominet with the new IPS TAG

MY tag is PDL-SERVICES

but if you want some other ISP then give there TAG
