can you pm me the info? im curious
You don't have do anything to get listed at Google, other than have a few links pointing to your site. They spider as heavily as anyone, and will list you if you're linked to by another site that's in the index.
If you're talking about improving your positioning in Google, this line sets off alarm bells:so if there are about 500 + of you interested in getting listed.. ... because it sounds like the plan might be some sort of crosslinking scheme. Obviously I don't really know what you have in mind, but I'm offering some friendly advice: links created to artificially increase PageRank are at the top of Google's list of things not to do, and can be a quick route out of Google's index, or straight to the bottom of the listings with your PageRank reset to zero.
Just advice, it's really none of my business what you do. But I wouldn't recommend trying to artificially create PR unless you really know what you're doing.

Do you want to be listed on Google?
It's easy. Simply go to http://www.google.com/addurl.html and fill out the short form. They will add you in their next spidering (1 or 2 months I think...)
It works.

The best way to get listed is to submit your site, the spiders will do the rest.
If your looking for positioning, be sure to get listed in Dmoz first. As google favors sites listed in Dmoz.

Dmoz - the open directory project. Used for Google Directory, and sites listed in it are given priority in google search results. Human edited directory like Yahoo (if that's still humans) without the ads.

But I've certainly had and have certainly seen sites rank very well without or before having an Open Directory listing. But that listing confers a bump in PageRank, and PR is an important part of Google's ranking algorithm. And if you're listed in dmoz, you'll certainly be spidered by Google (along with just about anyone else).
