I hear that some companies offer their services for open account for PayPal. I not know exact but it like this..

That companies help us to open account in USA bank and after that we can signup for paypal using that account. As you know all bank need introducer for open account. May be that companies show them as introducer for account.

Any one have any information for this?

I think you can open a paypal account on-line anytime.But the key is how to withdraw money from your account ,right ?

That can lead to a whole slew of problems. For one thing, even if you manage to get an account and can withdraw to a US bank, you're not logging into your Paypal account from a US-based IP address. Paypal is quick to catch logging attempts from an IP in a different country from the country where the account is registered in, and as a result your account may be suspended.

Ugh, I've been there.
I tried to access my paypal account from one of those little internet cafe's in Turkey, and they limited my account. A quick phone call remedied this, but it does present a problem.
